FIRE RISK ASSESSMENT

Fire risk assessments are essential for all businesses and are a requirement under The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.  At AC Fire Safety we provide the capability to undertake fire risk assessments for an individual building or for large portfolios throughout the UK.  Fire risk assessments are carried out by competent, professional and experienced consultants who are registered on the Institution of Fire Engineers (IFE) Register of Fire Risk Assessors and Auditors. 

Fire risk assessments are carried out using the PAS 79 methodology with access to a management portal (GoPad) for all clients post fire risk assessment to allow management of actions. 

We have experience for all type of building from Office and Shops, Blocks of Flats to Grade 1 listed buildings and High Containment facilities. 

SURVEYS
We can offer compartmentation and fire door services for the building and where project specific required we can review the buildings fire strategy to better understand and survey the building.
